Online tickets are sold out! There will be limited tickets available at the door. Thank you!

When: May 11, 2024

Where: Carleton Dominion-Chalmers Centre

Featuring: Castenchel Choir, Nepean Choir, The Choirs of Nepean High School, and members of the Ottawa Symphony Orchestra. Soloists are Soprano Bronwyn Kelly, Mezzo Soprano Gabriela Comeau Gort, Tenor Morgan Hassell, Bass Matthew Li and Organist Jennifer Loveless.

On the new Ostrzyga completion: Hardly any other work in the history of music is as full of secrets as Mozart’s Requiem, particularly the repeated criticism of the completion of the fragment by Mozart’s student Sussmayr, as there are some stylistic breaks that are not typical of Mozart. Michael Ostrzyga presents a carefully corrected version that includes the “most probable compositional solutions for November/December 1791” that Mozart would likely have chosen.
