“Songs from our Family’s Kitchens” – Concert

On December 16, Castenchel will present “Our Family – Songs from our Family’s Kitchens” at St. Stephen’s Church in Chelsea, featuring multi-lingual music that has been suggested by the members from the hearts of their seasonal family gatherings. Castenchel will also welcome our special guests, hardworking young music students from Chelsea’s La Petite Fanfare, who will be performing solo repertoire as well as collaborating with the choir. On top of all that, we will be presenting a newly commissioned work by Canadian singer-songwriter Shannon Linton! We look forward to welcoming our friends, families, and neighbours to our concert celebrating local traditions, new music, and generations of musicians.
